Steirische COMET - Landschaft
Derzeit ist die Steiermark an 24 von insgesamt 41 COMET-Zentren und -Projekten beteiligt. Sie sind nach der Wirtschaftsstrategie Steiermark 2025 ausgerichtet und beziehen sich thematisch auf die Leitthemen Mobilität, Green-Tech und Health-Tech. Sie stärken zudem technologische Kernkompetenzen wie Materialien und Werkstofftechnologien, Produktionstechnologien, Maschinen und Anlagenbau, Digitaltechnologien und Mikroelektronik - allesamt Trendbereiche, in welchen die Steiermark eine Vorreiterrolle einnimmt.
